Chicken Curry

1 can Campbells beef consume
1 ½ c chicken broth
2 t dried minced onion
1 T catsup
2 t curry powder

Simmer this mixture on the stove until it has cooked down about one third. Add 5 T cornstarch to thicken. I take some of the liquid and stir in the cornstarch- then put back into liquid on the stove. Add 2 c cooked cubed chicken. Serve over rice.

To double the recipe:
2 cans consume
2 T catsup
3 c chicken broth
3 t curry powder
4 t dried onion
10 T cornstarch
4 c chicken.
