SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
2 c. dry powdered milk
2 c. sugar
1 c. hot tap water
2 T butter
put milk and water into blender; mix well. Add sugar and butter and blend well; refrigerate.
*1 can sweetened condensed milk = 1 ¼ cups.
*LOW CALORIE WHIPPED TOPPING
½ c powdered milk
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
½ c ice water
sugar and vanilla to taste
Beat milk and water at high speed until stiff.
Add lemon juice, sugar and vanilla. Whip till fluffy.
