Chicken Taco Pie

2/3 cup onion, chopped
1 tsp margarine
1 pkg. Taco seasoning mix
2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
6 tortillas, oiled and torn
2/3 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated

In a large skillet saute onion in margarine until tender. Add taco mix, soup, sour cream and chicken; mix well. Lightly oil a medium casserole dish and cover bottom with half of tortillas. Spread half of chicken mixture over tortillas. Top with remaining tortillas; cover with remaining filling. Top with cheese. Bake at 350* F. for 20 minutes. Yield 6 servings.
