POTATO ROLLS

2 c. warm water
2/3 cup dry milk
1 cube soft margarine
1 T dry yeast
1/3-1/2 c sugar
½ c instant potato flakes (not pearls)
1 ½ tsp salt
2 eggs
5-6 cups flour

Mix all ingredients together in mixer. Let knead for 3 minutes. Rise in bowl to double. Divide dough in half. Roll into two circles. Cut like thin pizza slices. Roll from wide end to narrow. Curve like a croissant. Place on greased pans. Rise for a few minutes or more if you want. Bake 350* for 10-15 minutes.
