Cool and Creamy

1 pkg. (3 oz.) gelatin, any flavor
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup whipped topping

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water. Cool in refrigerator until partially set. Blend in yogurt and whipped topping with a wire whip. Pour into an 8x8-inch pan and refrigerate until set. Yield 4-6 servings. USUExt.
