1 pkg. (3 oz.) cranberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 can (8oz.) crushed pineapple
1 apple, grated
1/4 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water. Stir in undrained pineapple, apple and nuts. Pour into an 8x8-inch pan and refrigerate until set. Yield: 4-6 servings.
Top with cream if desired. USUExt.
