1 LB. HAMBURGER
1-8oz. CAN TOMATO SAUCE
1-16oz. CAN MILD CHILI CON CARNE
1-16 oz. CAN PORK’N BEANS (2 cans if you like it mild)
3 CUPS CORN CHIPS
1 SMALL JALEPENO PEPPER CHOPPED
OR
1 CAN CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES
½ C. GRATED CHEESE
BROWN HAMBURGER OVER MEDIUM HEAT, DRAIN. ADD SAUCE, PORK’N BEANS, AND PEPPER OR CHILIES. STIR IN ONE CUP CORN CHIPS. STIR UNTIL HEATED THROUGH. POUR INTO CASSEROLE DISH. TOP WITH GRATED CHEESE AND REMAINING CORN CHIPS. SERVES 4-6 (thanks to Francine Poulson)
