Skier’s Stew

2 lbs stew meat
8 med. Potatoes cut up
sliced carrots and celery
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg dry onion soup mix

Place meat of bottom of roaster, layer vegetables of top. Mix soup concentrates with onion soup mix, pour over top of vegetables and meat. Place lid on roaster while cooking. Baking times: 3 hours at 325*, 6 hours at 275*, or 8 hours at 225*
