2 T oil
2 c coarsely chopped onion
1 c green pepper, diced
2 c left-over meat (bacon, ham, shrimp,chicken)
2 c whole kernel wheat
½ tsp salt
2 T soy sauce
2 eggs
In a large skillet, saute’ onion and green pepper in oil. Then add meat and whole wheat. Add 2 eggs, beaten slightly, soy sauce, and salt. Stir until eggs are cooked.
