2 c very warm water
5 1/2-6 c whole wheat flour (use 6 c. white wheat)
¼ c oil
1/3 c honey
1 Tbls wheat glutent
1 Tblsp yeast
1 ½ tsp salt
Mix all ingredients together. Knead 5-6 minutes or place in mixer with dough hook and mix for 4-5 minutes. Cover and raise till double. Divide into 2 loaves. Place in oiled or greased bread pans. Raise till doubled again. Bake in 325* oven for 25-26 minutes. Leave in pans for 5 minutes then they will remove easily. Cool on a towel laying on side. Turn to other side after a few minutes to allow moisture to escape, then stand up to completely cool. Store in plastic bag.
