YOGURT MUFFINS

2 C. FLOUR (WHITE OR WHEAT)
2 TSP BAKING POWDER
½ TSP SODA
1 EGG, BEATEN
¼ C. CANOLA OIL
1/3 C. MILK
2-4 TBLS. HONEY
8 OZ. PLAIN OR VANILLA YOGURT

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN MEDIUM BOWL BY HAND.SPOON INTO 12 SERVING SIZE PREPARED MUFFIN TIN. BAKE 375 FOR 17-20 MINUTES. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
