4 c rolled grain (oats, wheat)
1 c coconut
1 c whole wheat flour
¼ c cooking oil
¾ c honey
1 tsp vanilla
Thoroughly mix together. Spread on a cookie sheet, bake at
300 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally while baking.
After cooking, add any or all of the following:
¼ c sunflower seeds
¼ c coarsely chopped almonds or pecans
¼ c sesame seeds¼ c raisins or other dried fruit
