Chicken “n” Dumplings

1 can mixin’ chicken or 1 cup leftover chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 soup cans full of water
2 large handfuls of noodles, about 2 cups

Mix all together in a large skillet. Bring to boil. Drop dumpling mix by
small spoonfuls over top; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serves 4-6

Dumpling mix: 2 cups jiffy or bisquick mix and 2/3 c milk
or:
1 cup flour, 2 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, dried parsley (opt), 1 egg, ¼ c. milk, 2 Tbsp oil. Mix and drop onto boiling noodle mixture. cover and simmer 15 minutes. Serve.
