Stuffing Mix

1 tsp chicken bouillon granules
2 tsp. minced onion(dry)
1 Tbsp celery flakes
2 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp pepper

Combine all ingredients. Place in container or zipper sandwich bag. Store in cool dry place. Use within 6-8 months. Yield one mix
To Use: Combine 1 stuffing mix with 1 1/4 cups water and 3 Tbsp margarine in a meduim saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in 4 cups dried bread cubes. Cook 1-2 minutes until liquid is absorbed; stir constantly. Cover and remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes before serving. Yield: 4 servings.
